Privacy Policy

Effective date: June 22, 2026

1. Information we collect

You give us contact and booking details, including name, business name, email, phone, and anything you submit when you book an intro, request a scan, or contact us. You may also provide business information, such as your website, service areas, and details needed to assess AI visibility.

If you choose to grant account access, such as to a Google Business Profile or website, you can revoke that access at any time. Payment information is handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.

We may automatically collect standard log and device data, such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring page, and cookies or similar technologies used to run the site and understand usage.

We may receive public or licensed data about your business's presence across search engines, AI engines, directories, and review platforms.

2. How we use information

We use information to provide, operate, and improve the Services and any scan; communicate with you and send results; process payments and manage your account; measure and report on AI visibility; maintain security; prevent fraud; and comply with law.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Third-party services we use

We share information with service providers only as needed to run our business. These may include payment processing, cloud hosting, analytics if enabled, and AI-visibility data and engine providers used to measure your visibility. These providers process data under their own terms.

4. How we share information

We share information with service providers, with you or at your direction, if required by law or to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

5. Data retention

We keep information as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion by emailing info@vimina.ai.

6. Cookies and tracking

We use essential cookies to run the site and, if enabled, analytics cookies to understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some may affect functionality.

If we add advertising or non-essential tracking, we will update this policy and add any required consent controls.

7. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, including under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act and similar U.S. state laws, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of the personal data we hold about you, and to opt out of sale or targeted advertising. We do neither sale nor targeted advertising.

To exercise a right, email info@vimina.ai. We will verify and respond within the timeframe required by law, and you may appeal a denial by replying to our response.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including access controls and encryption in transit. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children's privacy

The Services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13, or under 16 where applicable. We do not knowingly collect their data.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
